*Responsibilities*
* Provide excellent guest service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. * Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations. * Adhere to food safety standards to ensure the health and safety of our customers. * Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. * Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments. * Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently during shifts.
*Skills*
* Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. * Experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts. * A willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented setting.
