About this role

* You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, faxes and written correspondence in a professional and courteous manner. * Assisting employers and members with their group insurance and pension applications, claim and change forms and submitting the applications, claims and change forms to their insurance company. * Help members and employers by providing them with group insurance and pension information in a timely and accurate manner using online services. Able to investigate and solve member health, vision, dental, disability and death claim issues. * You will also work with our employer?s plan administrators to review, verify, advise, correct, calculate, and file group insurance and pension applications to group insurance and pension partners. * Support agents with their individual client?s investments and insurance administration issues. * *Required skills*: *the ability to use a Windows PC with Microsoft Word and Excel. *Additional skills that are helpful are experience with Contact Relationship Management software and Adobe Acrobat Standard software. * You must be able to work in a fast-paced, well-established team-oriented office environment reporting to the Supervisor of Customer Service. Other assigned duties as specified or requested. * The work schedule is *Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm*, with 1 hour for lunch. There is no overtime and no sales work. * Preference will be given to applicants who hold or have previously held a *Manitoba Life Insurance License* and/or *Mutual Fund License*. Training will be provided to the successful applicant. * Salary is negotiable based on experience and licensing.
