*PART-TIME DENTAL RECEPTIONIST*
Vancouver Dental Specialty Clinic is seeking an *exceptional, experienced, and highly professional Dental Receptionist* to join our team on a part-time basis.
We are looking for a *patient-focused, detail-oriented professional who understands that the reception team plays an essential role in creating a positive,* seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, personable, and capable of maintaining a high standard of professionalism in a busy specialty dental environment.
*Key Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in a dental office / minimum 2 years * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in ENGLISH * Professional, courteous, and confident manner with patients * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency with *Dentrix* * Experience with appointment scheduling, treatment coordination, billing, payments, and insurance/CDCP inquiries * Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment * Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to exceptional patient service * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriately.
