We?re looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be helping clients with inquiries, orders, and product information. The ideal candidate is has strong communication skills, and is computer literate. You will be trained to use the L&M software program.
*Duties*
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. * Process orders accurately through data entry systems while maintaining attention to detail. * Provide product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. * Maintain thorough knowledge of our product catalog to assist customers effectively. * Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify opportunities for service improvement. * Follow proper phone etiquette and communication protocols to ensure positive interactions. * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns efficiently.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. * Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and speed. * Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English are highly valued. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Analysis skills for understanding customer needs * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: From $17.90 per hour
