Founded in 1928, Dominion Caulking Limited has been a trusted name in the Canadian construction industry for nearly a century built on the foundation of craftsmanship, integrity, and reliability. Our team completes a wide array of restoration projects including sealant application, concrete and masonry repairs, waterproofing, painting, window and door replacements, and more.
As our company continues to expand, we are looking to add experienced and non-experienced Caulkers and Labourers to our team. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using hand tools and working with various materials. We will provide you with the necessary training to ensure your safety.
Requirements
* Must hold a valid Class G Driver?s License (Ontario) and have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites across the Ottawa area. * Must be able to work outdoors with working hours from 7:30am ? 5:00pm. * Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies at all times. * Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a team environment. * Punctual, dependable, and able to manage time effectively on site. * *Please Note:* As many of our clients include high-rise buildings, selected candidates should not have a fear of heights.
Duties
* Adhere to all safety and workplace procedures. * Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. * Show initiative and a willingness to learn through on-the-job training. * Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors. * Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment. * Perform basic surface cleaning and masking in preparation for sealant application. * Support quality control by following instructions and maintaining attention to detail. * Ensure high-quality workmanship and proper material use to meet performance and aesthetic standards. * Other duties as required.
