* Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to execute work accurately * Complete various carpentry tasks, from framing to finishing * Ensure all work meets high-quality standards * Safely operate tools and equipment
*Ideal Candidate:*
* Proven experience as a carpenter with the ability to read and understand plans * Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods * Ability to work independently and within a team * Valid driver?s license (required for some positions)
