BRT Construction is looking to bring on experienced, hard working and committed Backhoe Operators. We are a *Shallow Utility Company *with services focusing on the telecommunications and power sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
* Work independently. * Be able to read and understand locates and drawings. * Move fill and sand. * Excavate trenches etc. for shallow utility installation. * Complete daily equipment inspections. * Daily maintenance of equipment such as greasing and fueling. * Assist with equipment servicing. * Check and shoot grades. * Haul and load equipment. * Effective communication skills both verbal and written * Detail oriented and hardworking. * Reliable, punctual, responsible, and reliable * Organized and possessed excellent time management skills. * Ambitious, motivated, solid work ethics. * Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
