Phylax Security is hiring professional Security Guards in Scarborough, ON
This role is ideal for guards who are alert, dependable, and comfortable working independently during days / evening / night shifts. The position involves routine patrols, incident monitoring, and maintaining a visible security presence.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Maintain a visible security presence * Patrol assigned areas and monitor for safety risks * Write daily activity logs and incident reports * Follow site post orders and supervisor direction * De-escalate situations using communication and professionalism
*Requirements:*
* Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required) * Government-issued Photo ID * Valid G/G2 Driver?s License * Reliable vehicle to travel to site * Must be able to start ASAP * Ability to stand, walk and patrol for extended periods * Professional appearance and communication
*Compensation:*
Rate varies based on site assignment, shift type, and guard certification level.
*Positions available for:*
* Full-time * Part-time * Morning / Evening / Overnight / Weekends shifts
