As a Security Operations Coordinator, you'll help ensure a safe, secure, and controlled environment across our facility?supporting people, assets, and mission-critical systems. You'll be the first line of defense, combining security expertise with a strong customer service mindset.What You'll DoMonitor and control building access; verify credentials and manage visitor logsConduct patrols and monitor CCTV and alarm systemsRespond to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with emergency servicesProtect telecom and IT infrastructureMaintain incident reports and documentationProvide front-line support to employees and visitorsWhat You BringStrong attention to detail and situational awarenessAbility to remain calm under pressureExperience with security systems (CCTV, access control)Strong communication and reporting skillsCustomer-first mindsetUnderstanding of privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA)RequirementsFirst Aid & CPR certificationBackground check and reliability clearanceExperience in corporate or infrastructure security (asset)Working Conditions24/7 shift work (days, nights, weekends, holidays)Combination of desk, control room, and patrol dutiesExposure to indoor and outdoor environmentsAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
