JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Outlets Manager, Servers at Tigh-Na-Mara play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive, and professional service. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with guests, and take pride in working as part of a supportive and energetic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide friendly, professional, and attentive food and beverage service * Create positive and memorable guest experiences * Maintain strong knowledge of menus, features, and resort offerings * Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service * Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently * Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas * Follow all liquor service, health, and safety standards
QUALIFICATIONS
* 1?2 years of serving experience in a restaurant or resort environment preferred * Valid Serving It Right certification required * Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Strong sense of accountability and teamwork * Flexible availability
