*Responsibilities*
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments * Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account accuracy and identify discrepancies * Conduct account analysis to monitor financial health and support budgeting efforts * Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy in employee payments * Reconcile accounts and prepare detailed reports for management review * Support month-end and year-end closing procedures by preparing necessary documentation and reports
*Skills*
* Proficiency in popular accounting software including Sage, ADP * Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounting practices, and financial reporting * Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations * Ability to perform detailed account analysis and support budgeting processes * Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail * Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and external vendors * Knowledge of payroll systems and compliance requirements is a plus
