*Responsibilities*
* Oversee daily household operations, ensuring all activities run seamlessly and efficiently * Manage and supervise household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations * Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to uphold the property?s upkeep and safety standards * Organize household events, appointments, and travel arrangements with attention to detail and timeliness * Maintain inventory of household supplies, linens, and provisions; place orders as needed * Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all household areas * Act as a point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience is warm, professional, and memorable
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in household management or a similar role within luxury residences or high-end hospitality settings * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team * Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities * Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, vendors, and household members * Ability to handle multiple priorities calmly under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude * Knowledge of safety procedures, cleaning standards, and basic maintenance practices in residential settings * Nice-to-have: experience with event planning or hospitality management; familiarity with household management software
