Key Responsibilities
* *Pace of Play:* Patrol the course to make sure groups keep a steady speed and close any gaps behind the group ahead. * *Rule Enforcement:* Gently remind players of course policies, cart safety rules, and dress codes. * *Guest Relations:* Greet players, answer layout questions, and help resolve minor disputes between groups. * *Course Care:* Report maintenance issues, pick up loose trash, or fill divots when time allows.
Qualifications & Skills
* *Communication:* Friendly, polite, but firm when enforcing rules. * *Golf Knowledge:* Strong understanding of golf rules, terminology, and etiquette. * *Physical Stamina:* Ability to sit or drive a cart and stay outdoors for long shifts in varying weather. * *Customer Service:* Prior experience dealing with the public in a polite and professional manner.
Pay: From $16.75 per hour
