*The Timber Room Bar and Grill at Crown Isle Resort* is seeking a positive upbeat server. Our service team creates a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our guests. We endeavor to exceed our guest?s expectations from the moment we greet them, until they leave the building. If you?re looking to join a team that strives to be the best and that wants to have fun along the way, we?d love to hear from you! We are looking for that inspiring candidate who is available to work days, evenings and/or weekends. We are looking for a full time server.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Offer warm greetings and farewells to our guests demonstrating our appreciation of them. * Provide efficient, proactive and personalized service, striving to exceed the guest's expectations. * Learn and master product knowledge that will assist you in guiding our guests through our food and beverage options, offering suggestions and additions that will enhance their experience. * Lead by example in the goals of pleasing our guests, our coworkers and our owner.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* At least two years experience serving in a fast paced restaurant environment. * Flexible schedule, available days or nights including weekends. Especially Sundays. * Strong food and beverage knowledge. * A keen eye for details and a passion for service. * Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. * Valid Serving it Right or equivalent.
And most importantly, an authentic personality, a calm, welcoming and composed demeanor and desire to be the best that you can be.
