Are you a Journeyman Carpenter looking for something totally different with minimal outdoor work, competitive pay, and a small team environment?
We use the AeroBarrier and Aeroseal technologies to air seal homes (usually at drywall stage) and ductwork (new and existing homes / commercial buildings) to unbelievable levels - suggest checking out some of the online videos. We also do some radon measurement and mitigation work.

- A positive attitude. Truly enjoys working to solve issues for our customers.
- Min 5 years journeyman experience. Comfortable on a wide range of hand tools. Understands the basics of how a home is constructed and why it is constructed the way it is.
- Awesome with customers. Our builders and homeowner clients deserve the best.
- Great problem solver. Each project has its challenges and unique solutions.
- Reliable. Ability to show up clean/sober, not hungover, and on time. Looking for the ?If your are not 10 mins early, your late? kind of attitude.
- Basic computer skills. Ability to use a few software packages and email.
- Open to overtime. Some jobs require a few extra hours to finish up in a day. Weekend work is not common except when traveling outside metro area.
- Ability to travel across the province a few times per year. Trips usually don't last longer than 2 weeks. 3- 4 trips per year are expected.
- Physically capable. Lifting items up to 50 lbs is required at times.
- Pass respirator fit test. Respirators are required for some activities.
- Driver?s licence, clean driving record (within reason), and criminal history.
