We are Niagara?s hometown cannabis destination, where community, care, and cannabis come together. As a Delivery & Brand Representative, you ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery of cannabis products while serving as a trusted brand ambassador at every doorstep. This role is ideal for individuals who value reliability, professionalism, and customer trust in a regulated environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
· Present a professional brand image through clean uniform, safe driving, and courteous interactions.
· Serve as the primary in-person brand ambassador: greet customers, answer questions, and share product insights.
· Collect customer feedback and report preferences to management.
· Troubleshoot delivery issues and escalate when necessary.
· Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, receipts, mileage, and incidents.
· Verify payments and complete transaction records.
· Monitor vehicle condition, perform safety checks, and report maintenance needs.
· Support in-store tasks when not on delivery (sales, stocking, cleaning).
*Compliance & Safety*
· Verify age and ID for every delivery.
· Maintain chain of custody with locked, tamper-proof containers.
· Operate vehicles in accordance with Ontario driving laws.
· Follow Occupational Health & Safety Act requirements and wear PPE.
*Qualifications*
· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
· CannSell certification (required).
· Valid, non-probationary Ontario driver?s licence.
· Clear driver?s abstract and criminal record check.
· Must meet legal age requirements for cannabis retail in Ontario.
*Preferred Experience & Skills*
· Prior delivery or courier background.
· Retail or customer service experience, ideally in regulated environments.
· Comfortable with mobile apps, GPS navigation, and POS systems.
· Detail-oriented with strong time management and route-planning skills.
· Knowledge of cannabis products, formats, and accessories.
*Working Conditions*
· Hybrid role: on-road delivery routes + in-store tasks.
· Year-round driving in Niagara traffic and weather.
· Lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, and carrying product.
· Branded uniform required.
