Cherry Creek Property Services is a growing company with opportunity for someone who wants to work and grow with us. We are looking for a licensed strata and/or property manager to join our team. BCFSA licensing is ideal, however will consider equivalent licensing from other provinces, or someone with experience in strata and property management who is willing to acquire BC licensing. This is a hybrid position, where salary is offered plus commissions , where your portfolio determines earnings. The wages shown in the ad is a reflection of salary and some commission, with plenty of opportunity for additional commissions.
