*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and can work independently or as part of a team.
*Responsibilities*
* Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand system layouts. * Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. * Conduct appliance repairs related to HVAC units as needed. * Weld components when necessary to ensure proper system functionality. * Plumb new installations or modifications to existing systems as required. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. * Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.
*Skills*
* Proficient in building and interpreting schematics for HVAC systems. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. * Experience in appliance repair related to HVAC systems is preferred. * Ability to weld components effectively for system repairs or installations. * Familiarity with plumbing practices as they relate to HVAC installations is a plus. * Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
