We?re looking for an experienced Line Cook who is serious about their craft and want to be part of a kitchen that gives a damn about the food.

*WHAT WE?RE LOOKING FOR*
* Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a full-service restaurant * Strong technical skills and the ability to execute clean under pressure * Someone who takes full ownership of their station ? prep, service, clean-up * A genuine passion for food, local ingredients, and doing things properly * Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Food Handler Certification required (or willingness to obtain before starting) * Red Seal or apprenticeship enrollment is a strong asset
*WHAT YOU?LL DO*
* Run your station through prep and service with consistency and pride * Work with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients from Ontario farmers and producers * Support kitchen staff and contribute to a strong team culture * Uphold food safety and HACCP standards at all times * Step up when it?s needed ? this team counts on each other
*EARNINGS & PERKS*
