*Bottega Volo* (608 College St.) is hiring a bartender/barista. Starting wage is *$19.00 per hour + pooled tips* (averaging an additional $5+ per hour). We are currently hiring for part and full time positions depending on the candidate, mornings and evenings. Bottega Volo operates daily as caffe and bottle shop, and as the concession bar at the Royal Theatre for all events. We?re looking for skilled individuals to join our team, the ideal candidate has:
* Coffee/barista experience * Evening & weekend availability * Knowledge of beer and wine or a strong interest and willingness to learn * Retail customer service experience * A valid Smart Serve certification.

*Bottega Volo* is a bottle shop, caffè, and event bar located inside the historic Royal Theatre at 608 College St. in Toronto?s Little Italy. It is part of the Volo family, alongside *Bar Volo* (17 St. Nicholas St.) and *Birreria Volo* (612 College St.).
