*Your Role & Responsibilities*
As our Physiotherapist, you?ll play a key role in helping patients recover, rebuild, and thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing comprehensive clinical assessments and developing individualized, results-focused treatment plans * Providing one-on-one patient care and prescribing effective therapeutic exercise programs * Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed * Educating patients about their condition, treatment, and long-term wellness strategies * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation (per CPTBC guidelines) * Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care * Engaging with patients with empathy, professionalism, and compassion * Contributing to community education on injury prevention and healthy living * Participating in ongoing professional development and continuous learning
*Skills & Qualifications*
We?re looking for someone who embodies both skill and heart:
* *Registered Physiotherapist* in good standing with the *College of Health and Care Professionals (CHCPBC)* * Eligible for membership with the *Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia (PABC)* * *2+ years of clinical experience* preferred (new graduates are welcome to apply!) * Additional certifications in *Manual Therapy, Vestibular Rehabilitation,* and *IMS/Dry Needling* are considered strong assets * Holds a *City of Surrey business license* and *professional liability insurance* * Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team * Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for patient-centered care
