River East Dental Centre is a well-established, fully digital general practice in Winnipeg looking for a full time Associate Dentist to step into something that is already thriving. This is not a build-it-yourself role. The patients are there, the schedule is full, and the systems work. You show up and do great dentistry.
This clinic has been a trusted part of the community for decades. It has a strong, loyal patient base, a healthy flow of new patients coming through the door consistently, a long-standing team, and a culture where people actually want to stay. Now they need the right person to step in and carry great dentistry forward.

*Your Role*
* Comprehensive general dentistry across a broad scope of procedures * Developing thoughtful, patient-centred treatment plans * Building genuine long-term relationships with a loyal and growing patient base * Working collaboratively with an experienced and supportive team * Proficiency in endodontics and an interest in surgery are considered strong assets
*Who We Are Looking For*
* DDS, DMD, or NDEB certified * Licensed or eligible for licensure in Manitoba * *Minimum of one year of experience practicing dentistry in Canada* * Strong communicator with excellent patient care skills * Someone looking for a long-term home in a well-run, established practice * Canadian credentials required
