Chu Cho Industries LP. (CCI) is a resource and heavy construction company that works primarily within the forestry, mining, and transportation industries within the *Mackenzie FSA*. We operate two industrial properties in Mackenzie, BC which include an 1800 sq. ft. shop on a 5-acre lot and a modern 10,000 sq. ft. shop and office complex on a 10-acre lot. Administration, Accounting, and Management for CCI is based in Prince George BC, with opportunities to work in Mackenzie.
*Summary*
Chu Cho Industries is currently looking for a Skidder Operator to work in the Mackenzie Forest District on a 2 week on / 1 week off schedule. Camp accommodations are provided.
*Qualifications:*
* Comfortable with remote camp work * Minimum of 5 years' skidder operating experience required * Punctual, committed to being on time for every shift * Can safely and skillfully operate equipment * Can follow instruction and work well with other employees, displays a ?team player? attitude * Must have a desire to show up for work consistently * Must have a Class 5 drivers license or higher * Able to work comfortably and maintain high levels of performance during 12-hour shift
*Skills:*
* Able to follow company policies and procedures * Able to perform Pre-Trip inspections on equipment and report deficiencies * Knowledge of maneuvering equipment on various terrain * Knowledge of Safety standards while operating on steep slopes
