We are seeking a responsible, enthusiastic Full-Time Auto Body Prepper & Refinish Technician. We offer competitive wages and extended health, dental, and vision coverage.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform surface prep, color mixing, automotive painting, and refinishing. * Inspect, wet sand, polish, and touch up to resolve paint/color discrepancies. * Maintain paint booths, spray guns, and equipment in clean working condition. * Read work orders, complete quality control checks, and meet delivery deadlines. * Collaborate with shop foremen, team members, and vendors.
*Requirements*
* Ticketed Journeyperson preferred; qualified apprentices considered (ITA Painter Ticket preferred). * 2+ years of auto body painting/refinishing experience preferred. * Valid Class 5 Driver's License (ability to drive automatic and manual). * Strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and self-management skills.
