As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. You will be responsible for various tasks in a fast-paced environment, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Duties
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders. • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. • Prepare food items according to company standards while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to ensure a welcoming environment for customers. • Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the quality and safety of all food products. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
Skills
• G Class driving license mandatory • Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. • Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Experience with cashiering and POS systems is advantageous. • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
