*Manufacturing Manager ? Equipment Production & Quality*
We are seeking a *hands?on qualified Manufacturing * *Manager* to join our Equipment Manufacturing group. The ideal candidate brings *practical, shop?floor production experience* supported by a *Mechanical Engineering degree* or recognized *production/manufacturing credentials*.
*This position is based in Delta, BC. However, we are willing to consider candidates who are willing to move to beautiful British Columbia. This position provides excellent growth opportunity for the right professional. *
*Role Overview*
This management position is responsible for *all facets of production operations*, including daily manufacturing oversight, quality assurance, workflow optimization, and continuous productivity improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure reliable output, consistent quality, and efficient use of resources.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Production Oversight* ? Lead day?to?day manufacturing activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely production. * *Quality Management* ? Maintain and improve quality standards, conduct root?cause analysis, and drive corrective actions. * *Process Improvement* ? Identify bottlenecks, implement productivity enhancements, and support lean manufacturing initiatives. * *Team Leadership* ? Provide direction to production staff, reinforce accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. * *Equipment & Workflow Optimization* ? Ensure equipment readiness, coordinate maintenance, and streamline production flows.
*Qualifications*
* Mechanical Engineering degree *or* equivalent manufacturing/production credentials. * Minimum 7+ years of *hands?on manufacturing experience*, ideally in equipment or component production. * Strong understanding of *quality systems*, production planning, and shop?floor problem solving. * Demonstrated ability to *improve productivity*, reduce waste, and enhance operational reliability. * Effective communicator with the ability to work cross?functionally.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
