*The Role*
We are seeking a highly organized and technically inclined Optometric Assistant. This is a dynamic, hybrid role that balances patient-facing clinical duties with hands-on technical work in our lab. The ideal candidate is a *fast learner* with strong mechanical aptitude who takes pride in the precision of their work.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Clinical Support:* Conduct preliminary testing and updating Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with accuracy. * *Patient Coordination:* Facilitate a seamless patient flow, from professional check-in to exam room preparation. * *Optical Consultation:* Educate patients on lens technologies and assist with high-end frame selections, ensuring a *comfortable* and tailored experience. * *Administrative Excellence:* Manage appointment scheduling, verify insurance, and maintain a meticulously organized clinical environment.
