We need someone who gets fired up by opening new accounts, while also taking genuine pride in keeping the ones we have happy and growing. You'll report directly to upper management, which means your results are visible and your contributions matter at the highest level. New business ? where you'll spend most of your time 60% Identify and pursue net-new B2B accounts ? prospecting calls, follow-ups, and product presentations that move the needle Own the full acquisition cycle from cold outreach to closed deal ? no hand-holding, no hand-offs Bring energy to showroom activities and trade shows ? your best leads often start face-to-face Hit the road for client visits and industry events when the opportunity calls for it Account management ? keeping what you've built 40% Manage and grow your existing portfolio ? uncover upsell opportunities and make every client feel looked after Deliver the kind of service that turns one-time buyers into long-term partners What you bring
• Experience: 3?5 years in B2B sales ? business development or account management • Prospecting: Cold calls don't faze you. A full pipeline motivates you. • Relationships: You close deals and make clients glad you did • Languages: French and English ? you serve French- and English-speaking clients with equal ease in both languages • Tech: Excel is second nature. SAP/ERP is a bonus. • Autonomy: You manage your own priorities and don't need hand-holding to hit your goals What's in it for you
