*Duties*
* Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques * Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens * Prepare and cook simple meals or assist with meal preparation as needed * Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and household items * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally * Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene * Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences * Uphold safety protocols and ensure proper handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals

* Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communication with diverse clients * Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning environments * Ability to perform cooking tasks and handle laundry operations efficiently * Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively * Outstanding customer service and hospitality skills to create a positive client experience * Effective communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality * Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and household routines
