Drywall Finisher / Taper
Power House Construction is looking for an experienced *Drywall Finisher / Taper* to join our growing residential renovation team.
We are open to working with either:
* An experienced *subcontractor / drywall finishing crew*, or * An experienced individual looking for *steady employment with Power House Construction*
Our projects include basements, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home renovations, and other residential construction throughout London and surrounding areas.
What We're Looking For
We need someone who takes pride in their work and can consistently deliver a *clean, professional, paint-ready finish*.
You should be experienced with:
* Drywall taping and mudding * Inside and outside corners * Applying multiple coats efficiently * Sanding and finishing * Repairs and patches * Blending new drywall into existing walls and ceilings * Working with corner bead * Finishing ceilings * Preparing drywall to a high-quality, paint-ready standard * Maintaining a clean and organized job site

Subcontractors
If applying as a subcontractor, you should have:
* Your own tools and equipment * Reliable transportation * Appropriate insurance * Ability to invoice for completed work * Availability for ongoing residential renovation projects
We are looking to build a *long-term relationship with a reliable drywall finisher or crew*, not simply find someone for one project.
