*Duties*
* Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces * Handle laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing * Prepare spaces for clients by arranging furniture and supplies according to specifications * Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes * Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly * Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and preferences * Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally
*Qualifications*
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus * Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively * Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members * Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail * Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and household cleaning techniques * Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
