As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to further develop our Toronto West GTA territory.

Your Mission
You will be fully responsible for sales development within your territory, both by growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients. As a trusted business partner, you will contribute to the success of skincare professionals through your expertise, guidance and knowledge of professional skincare.
Key Responsibilities
· Actively develop new business opportunities with spas, beauty institutes, medical aesthetics clinics and skincare professionals.
· Prospect, open new accounts and build a strong pipeline of potential clients throughout the territory.
· Build loyalty and support existing clients to drive account growth and customer satisfaction.
· Represent Vagheggi Phytocosmetici and present, demonstrate and promote its professional skincare ranges to clients.
· Provide training on products, treatment protocols and retail sales strategies.
· Advise clients and provide business support to help grow their businesses.
· Identify high-potential accounts and implement strategies to increase their sales.
· Maintain structured follow-up with prospects, opportunities and clients using the CRM.
· Plan travel efficiently and manage the territory independently.
· Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
· Participate in trade shows, corporate events, product launches and training sessions.
· Stay informed about market trends and competitive activity.
What We?re Looking For
· Relevant experience in sales, business development or territory sales.
· Experience in the aesthetics, cosmetics or professional skincare industry is a strong asset.
· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
· Highly self-motivated, organized and able to manage priorities effectively.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results orientation.
· Strong ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
· Excellent command of English; French is an asset.
· Valid driver?s licence and availability to travel throughout the territory.
