*Driftwood Sport & Wellness is growing - and we?re looking for a Chiropractor to join our team!*
We are a busy, multidisciplinary clinic in *Langford, BC*, with our *brand-new Royal Bay location opening December 2026*. We?re looking for a motivated, personable Chiropractor who is passionate about helping patients recover, move better, and get back to doing what they love.
At Driftwood, we take an *active, patient-centred approach* to care. We believe in combining hands-on treatment with exercise rehabilitation, education and individualized treatment plans.
What you can expect:
* A *busy existing patient base* and strong demand for Chiropractic care * A collaborative multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapy, RMT, Athletic Therapy,Kinesiology, Acupuncture and more * *One-on-one treatment philosophy, 45 min initials and 20-30 min follow up* * Private treatment rooms with brand-new electric, multi-adjustable tables * Fully equipped gym and rehabilitation space * Shockwave therapy and other treatment technology available * Front desk and administrative support * Online booking and charting through *JaneApp* * Direct billing * Continuing education funding * Competitive compensation with annual increases * Flexible scheduling - *part-time or full-time* * Ample free parking * Opportunities to build a practice around your own clinical interests
We?re looking for someone who:
* Is a registered Chiropractor in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of BC * Enjoys working with a wide variety of patients and conditions * Has an interest in active rehabilitation and patient education * Is comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment * Is motivated to grow their practice and patient base * Has a passion for helping people achieve their health and activity goals
We see everyone from *everyday active individuals and families to athletes and high-performance teams*, with clinical interests ranging from acute and chronic pain to sports injuries, concussion rehabilitation, TMJ and more.
