Our company is growing our Sales Team and we are recruiting for Account Managers. We are seeking outgoing, personable individuals who have a track record in sales excellence and who are passionate about contributing to corporate growth by achieving/exceeding sales targets. This position is based internally at the Head Office in Simcoe, Ontario.
Job Description:
* planning efficient daily activities * obtain and submit orders, increase orders, and call volume * keeps management informed through verbal and written communication, reports and analysis * act as an intermediary promptly solving customer concerns by investigating problems and providing recommendations to management * ability to meet minimum goals * probationary period of 3 months * 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Qualifications:
* 1-3 years outside or inside sales experience * ability to follow work according to standard operating procedures * Team player * Reliable, organized * self-motivated, working with minimum supervision but can absorb and take instructions * maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail * advanced computer skills including a high comprehension of Microsoft Office including excel * professional demeanor with exceptional listening and communication skills * College/University education, or equivalent experience * Bilingual (French, Hindi, Korean) an asset * ability to lift 35lbs * reliable transportation
