About this role

We are currently looking for an experienced *Night Auditor* to join our hotel team.

This is a full-time overnight position requiring availability to work *Monday through Friday*, a minimum of five nights per week.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

- Previous *hotel Night Auditor experience is mandatory*. - Fluent in English, both written and verbal. - Strong accounting, numerical, and reconciliation skills. - Ability to accurately balance daily hotel numbers and complete the night audit. - Strong understanding of *OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).* - Experience with and understanding of *Visual Matrix.* - Knowledge of hotel deposit procedures, cancellation policies, payments, adjustments, and reservations. - Excellent customer-service skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests during the overnight shift. - Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities with confidence. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

*Guest Service Expectations*

The Night Auditor is not only responsible for completing the audit. You are also the face of the hotel overnight and must provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to every guest.

During the probationary period, the successful candidate will be expected to obtain a minimum of 1*5 positive guest reviews per month *recognizing the service provided. This will be one of the requirements for successfully completing the probationary period.

*Training & Overnight Responsibility*

We will provide training on our specific procedures and systems. However, candidates must already have the necessary hotel night-audit experience and fundamental knowledge required for the position.

We will *not expect you to run the overnight shift independently until you are comfortable and have demonstrated that you are ready to do so*. Our priority is to make sure you are properly trained and confident before taking full responsibility for the shift.
