Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Hire, train and supervise staff. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence.
