Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assist clients/guests with special needs. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 5-10 people.
