Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Confer with clients to identify requirements. Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements. Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation. Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery. Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems. Resolve conflict situations. Robotic process automation. Usability testing.
