Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities in order to optimize financial performance. Direct staff. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Design and manage investment strategies.
