Job summary
HESA Medical Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team in Hayes, Hillingdon.
This is an excellent opportunity for a GP who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a busy and diverse general practice. The successful candidate will work as part of our multidisciplinary clinical team, providing routine and urgent consultations, managing long-term conditions, reviewing results and correspondence, and contributing to the ongoing development of the practice.
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate and team-focused GP with excellent clinical and communication skills. You will be supported by an experienced clinical, nursing, pharmacy, management and administrative team.

Main duties of the job
Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services through face-to-face, telephone and digital consultations.
Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, including appropriate prescribing, referrals and follow-up.
Undertake clinical administration including reviewing test results, hospital correspondence, prescriptions, referrals and clinical documents.
Support the management of long-term conditions, preventative care, health promotion, screening and vaccination programmes.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with professional and practice standards.
Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, HCAs, the wider multidisciplinary team and external services to ensure safe and coordinated patient care.
Participate in clinical meetings, audits, safeguarding, quality improvement and practice development activities.
Contribute to the delivery of QOF, enhanced services and other contractual requirements.
Provide appropriate clinical supervision and support to colleagues where required.
Participate in the practice duty rota and contribute to the effective day-to-day running of clinical services.

Job SummaryHESA Medical Centre is seeking experienced, motivated and patient-focused Salaried GPs to join our multidisciplinary clinical team.
The successful candidates will provide high-quality general medical services to our diverse patient population and contribute to the safe, effective and efficient delivery of primary care services. The role will include routine and urgent consultations, management of acute and long-term conditions, prescribing, referrals, clinical administration and participation in practice quality improvement activities.
You will work closely with GP partners, salaried GPs, nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, physician associates, phlebotomists and our wider administrative and management teams.
