Main duties of the job Join our team as a Care Assistant and help residents live with comfort, dignity, and joy. From daily support to meaningful moments, your kindness can make a real difference. Bring your compassion; well provide the training and support you need. Outstanding career development with funded training (up to QCF Level 5) is available. You can earn £12.76 per hour, alongside other benefits such as Blue Light Card discounts, and a company pension scheme. You will be providing personal care and support, administering and recording medication, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting dignity and independence. Applicants should have training provided, be kind, compassionate, and great with people. A minimum 12 months right to work in the UK is required, with previous care experience preferred as this is a night role. Opportunities for Care Assistants are available for 42 hours per week from 8am to 8pm and Night Care Assistants from 8pm to 8am, inclusive of working on alternative weekends.
