It also involves developing strategies to achieve high standards. You must be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with NMC registration, and possess a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. Experience in dealing with diverse health needs and managing safeguarding investigations is necessary, along with HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management, and supporting newly qualified nurses.
