Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse with current or recent experience working within a UK GP Practice. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competence in delivering a broad range of primary care nursing services and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have current or recent experience working as a Practice Nurse within a UK GP Practice. Unfortunately, candidates without this experience will not be shortlisted.
Hours available: 20 - 25 hours per week

Main duties of the job
You will be an experienced Practice Nurse currently working, or have recently worked, in a UK GP practice environment. You will be confident in delivering immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and long term condition management and will enjoy working as part of a proactive multidisciplinary team while maintaining a high degree of autonomy.
Experience of working with EMIS Web would be advantageous.
