As a Specialty Doctor in Emergency Medicine, youll be at the frontline of patient care, guiding and supporting junior staff and collaborating with senior nurses to ensure the smooth running of the Emergency Department.
Main duties of the job Youll gain invaluable experience managing major trauma, especially during the Islands renowned motorsport events like the TT fortnight and Manx Grand Prix, where rapid stabilisation and intervention are often essential. Our unique setting offers a broad range of clinical cases, giving you the chance to hone key emergency techniques and get involved in audit and clinical governance projects.
