Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Read manufacturing blueprints and contracts to ensure that all parts specifications are abided by.
• Accurately use calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and scale rulers.
• Inspect parts while in-process and at the final level.
• Perform necessary MRP and DBR transactions.
• Perform first article inspections.
• Perform additional tests, as needed, including pressure, leakage, and tensile.
• Facilitate source inspections.
• Verify part marking for proper identification as required by customer.
• Research quality requirements for upcoming jobs.
Marginal Duties:
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Specification testing per customer and certification requirements.

• Formal education: No specific educational requirements
• Experience: No specific experience required.
• Computer Skills: Must be able to use common office software systems.
