About this role
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Facilities include those located at Lake Club, Richland Pointe, Preserve, Great Waters and The Landing: pools, spas, PB/BB Courts as needed, playgrounds, fields, fitness rooms, lockers rooms, and bath houses.
• Follow cleaning and maintenance schedule for all facilities. These include some of the following: straighten chairs and umbrellas, leaf blow (decks, patios, courts, stairs); empty trash, use broom to remove cobwebs around buildings and sweep areas, pick up towels, toys, clothing and take to assigned location.
• Duties include the care of and storage of lake toys and bike rentals through seasonal use.
• Potential for pool chemical and cleanliness through proper training and certifications
• Tasked to ensure our LLP location is show ready and operational for member play as well as The Landing recreation facilities by said, stated seasonal times.
• Assist and participate in the program operations of recreation events through event management set up, tear down and logistics across property and with our partners and club managers.
• Follow established safety rules and guidelines for handling equipment, chemical and tools.
• Coordinate daily work schedule to safely and accurately report back to Manager for additional areas of concern whether in house or 3rd party repairs need to happen
• Ensure all operating areas are “show ready” each and every work day or prepared the night before
Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education:
• Ability to use various tools and power equipment.
• Basic repair “handy-man” capabilities preferred
• Must have current valid driver's license.
• Pool Chemical Certification possibility
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• High School diploma or relevant work experience is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting plumbing and mechanical systems is helpful.
• Must have the ability to swim and practice water safety.
• Good communication skills.
