****Maintenance workers work 6 days a week.****
Position summary
Core Responsibilities
• Installation & Maintenance: Setting up and servicing large-scale electrical systems, including containment, distribution panels, mid-voltage cables, and industrial lighting
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing faults in automated machinery, motors, and control systems.
• Automation & PLC Programming: Working with HMIs, motor controls, and computerized systems to keep production lines running
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and OSHA safety standards
Essential Functions
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Standing/Walking 100% of the workday.
• Lifting and pulling various weights based upon machine and task at hand; no greater than 75lbs without assistance.
• Carry a waist tool belt (approximately 15-45 lbs.) with all tools/supplies needed for daily work
• Physically inspect products for both naturally occurring and processing defects.
• Be able to set up, operate, adjust, and maintain production equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
• Must have basic knowledge of industrial and electrical circuits.
• Follow the written specifications for packaging and labeling of products
• Be familiar WITH AND practice Lock out tag out safety procedures on a daily basis
• Maintain the highest possible level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with plant gmp policies
