About this role
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain production schedules for a variety of steel-processing machines.
• Partner closely with Sales to understand customer priorities and meet delivery expectations.
• Balance production workloads across the district to improve efficiency and maximize throughput.
• Communicate effectively across departments to support smooth operations and on-time delivery.
• Review and analyze customer concerns to identify causes and help develop solutions.
• Qualifications:
• Previous production planning or scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems.
• Experience using the GAINS program preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
