About this role
Under the direction of the Banquet Supervisor, the Banquet Houseman is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down banquet and meeting spaces to support the successful execution of events. This position ensures all function rooms are prepared according to event specifications, maintains cleanliness and organization throughout events, and provides operational support to banquet staff while delivering exceptional service to guests. High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds for the duration of the shift. Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
