About this role
Under the supervision of the Banquet Supervisor, the Lead Banquet Houseman is responsible for overseeing the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet and meeting spaces to ensure successful execution of events. This position leads and coordinates the work of banquet housemen, ensures facilities are prepared according to event specifications, and maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service. High school diploma or equivalent; (1) year of related experience. Extended periods of standing and walking required. May be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
